Time to Take a Closer Look at Your Health Insurance : Ideas For ...

Ladies, it is post election and time for Obama-care to begin taking full force in 2013 if some of it hasn?t already begun. You must seriously look at your health insurance and what your employer provides. This has nothing to do with politics now and everything to do with your health.

These are the key points to check into.

1. Female health issues and what is covered is essential? how often can you go for a pelvic exam for instance? Can you get a mammogram yearly, every 3 years, or every 5? What is the cost to you?

2. Ask your employer to be sure how many hours you must work to obtain health insurance coverage and Ask if your employer plans on making any changes to your hours. It is been reported that some employers are cutting back the hours of the people who work for them. This cuts down on how much insurance coverage they must supply. Don?t be afraid to ask? and don?t stop seeking the answers you need about your health insurance.

3. Get in writing what preventative health care tests are covered by your insurance and have these things done. Preventative health care is the? best way to keep on top of your health.

Early detection is one of the most important steps you can take to regain your health. Knowing what your health care plan covers is more important then ever for women today so be on top of the process. Don?t wait until you need the insurance to discover your illness or injury is not covered. Women must take control of the health and wellness of their bodies. It is a matter of life and health.
