Starfisher Asia consults with organizations investing in development programs. We offer programs in personal mastery ( personal and professional development), team development, and leadership development. Our experts are passionate people who align development programs with business goals.

The Certified Team Building Facilitators of Starfisher Asia will have the following basic responsibilities:
1. Design team building exercises based on client?s needs. The design must be innovative in addressing the goals of the business, the team, and the individual.
2. Facilitate team building exercises together with other Starfisher Asia?s consultants and associates.
3. Submit written terminal reports.
4. Recommend followthrough training programs and run these programs when necessary.

The Certified Team Building Facilitators of Starfisher Asia have the following qualifications:
1. Three years of relevant workplace experience in training, leading, and managing teams.
2. Attendance to Starfisher Asia?s Three-day Team Building Facilitators Bootcamps. The Bootcamps are conducted twice a year. ( See next Bootcamp schedule here).
3. Demonstrate above-average competence in facilitating team building exercises.
4. Must have conducted 10 team building exercises at least for five clients for the last two years.

When expert facilitators are not able to qualify because of 4 above, they may work with Starfisher Asia as co-facilitators until such time they arecertified to run programs as chief facilitators.
